How can I order multiple books?Currently you can create and order one book at a time. So you will need to place separate orders for multiple books. However, from your second order onwards you can use code FREESHIP at checkout to make shipping free.

How soon will it get delivered?
As our special book is custom made for each order, it takes a bit longer to print and deliver. Here are the timelines:
- US - 8 to 13 days
- UK - 7 to 11 days
- Canada - 6 to 15 days
- Germany - 5 to 11 days
- France - 7 to 11 days
- Spain - 9 to 14 days
- Australia - 7 to 14 days
- India - 5 to 14 days

What is the cancellation & refund policy?
An order can be cancelled up to 24 hours after placing it by sending us an email on support@imagitime.com and we shall refund the full amount paid in such cases.
If the book is delivered in a damaged condition, you can request for a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds will take a maximum of 7 working days to process at our end. There might be additional time taken by your source account to reflect the credit. In case you do not get the refund amount even after 14 working days, you can contact us at support@imagitime.com
