• How soon will it get delivered?

  As our special book is custom made for each order, it takes a bit longer to print and deliver. Here are the timelines:

  • US - 8 to 13 days
  • UK - 7 to 11 days
  • Canada - 6 to 15 days
  • Germany - 5 to 11 days
  • France - 7 to 11 days
  • Spain - 9 to 14 days
  • Australia - 7 to 14 days
  • India - 5 to 14 days
• Are my photos safe?

  Yes. We take the safety and privacy of your photos very seriously. Your photos are only used to create the personalized book for you. They are not shared with any unauthorized third parties and are never used for any promotional purposes or for training AI models.

  Unsaved previews and photos are automatically erased after 24 hours. If you save a preview or place an order, the related images are kept only for a limited period (12 months) so you can come back to your preview or request reprints, and are then deleted automatically.

  You can ask us at any time to delete your uploaded photos and personal information. Just email us at support@imagitime.com, and we will delete all uploaded photos, generated book pages, and personal data linked to your preview or order.

• What is the size and quality?

  Premium thick paper. High quality binding in both Hardcover and Paperback.

  8.5 inch x 8.5 inch size globally except Australia where it is 20 cm x 20 cm

• How can I order multiple books?
  Currently you can create and order one book at a time. So you will need to place separate orders for multiple books. However, from your second order onwards you can use code FREESHIP at checkout to make shipping free.
• How do I contact Imagitime?

• What is the cancellation & refund policy?

  An order can be cancelled up to 24 hours after placing it by sending us an email on support@imagitime.com and we shall refund the full amount paid in such cases.

  If the book is delivered in a damaged condition, you can request for a free replacement or full refund.

  Refunds will take a maximum of 7 working days to process at our end. There might be additional time taken by your source account to reflect the credit. In case you do not get the refund amount even after 14 working days, you can contact us at support@imagitime.com

• What if I make a mistake when creating the book?
  You can review and edit your book in the preview stage before completing your purchase. If you notice a mistake after ordering, you can cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing support@imagitime.com for a full refund. After that time, the book will enter the production process.
• Can I preview the book before ordering?

  Yes, you can preview the entire book before ordering. Our interactive creation process allows you to see exactly how your child will appear in the book, page by page.
