Refund policy
An order can be cancelled up to 24 hours after placing it by sending us an email on support@imagitime.com and we shall refund the full amount paid in such cases.
If the book is delivered in a damaged condition, you can request for a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds will take a maximum of 7 working days to process at our end. There might be additional time taken by your source account to reflect the credit. In case you do not get the refund amount even after 14 working days, you can contact us at support@imagitime.com
For EU/EEA residents: online purchases normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal (the "cooling-off period"). However, because every Imagitime book is personalised for you using the name and photo you provide, our books are clearly personalised goods and are exempt from this right under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU) once we begin producing your book. This does not affect the 24-hour cancellation option or your rights if a book arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, as set out above.
